I'm Nate Lyles, a licensed clinical therapist (LICSW) based in Seattle, Washington. I'm also licensed to provide therapy in South Carolina (LISW-CP). Specialties of mine include post-traumatic stress, substance use, OCD, and other co-occurring disorders. I also offer LGBTQ+ affirming care for individuals looking for a space where they can feel understood and supported.
I founded Reclamation Therapy Services to help people reconnect with their strength and begin moving forward in ways that feel right for them.
